Device compatibility and system requirements
For Android, we support Android 7.0 and above on phones and tablets. Most devices from 2016 onwards meet this requirement. For iOS, Safari and Chrome work on iOS 12 and above, which covers iPhone 5S and later, plus all iPad models from the past eight years. Common installation issues and how to resolve them
If your Android installation fails, first confirm that "Unknown sources" is enabled (Settings > Security > Install from unknown sources). If the APK file is incomplete, delete it and re-download from our website. Some Android devices show a certificate warning during install—this is normal and does not affect safety. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. On iOS, if the home-screen app icon does not launch, clear your browser cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data) and re-add the icon to home screen. If you see a blank page on first load, wait 10 seconds and refresh—our servers may be caching your login session.
Data, permissions, and caesarplay account security
Our mobile app requests minimal permissions: location (optional, used only to verify jurisdiction eligibility if you grant it), microphone (if you use live-dealer video chat), and camera (for identity verification during withdrawal setup).
